Who Should Come?
This is an event for campus pastors at multisite churches.
Whether you are new to the role, or have been serving in it for years, this cohort is for you. In a room filled with other campus pastors, learn best practices together, and process how they play out in your context.
We will offer personalized encouragement and next steps to each campus pastor based on the challenges the church is currently facing.
In all of the sessions, the goal is to equip you with the best practices of being a campus leader in a multisite church, and walk away with tools and learnings that you can start applying immediately in your context.

Facilitators for the Campus Pastor Cohort
Paul Alexander
Paul has more than 29 years experience serving in the local church, the last 23 of which have been on the Senior Leadership Teams of some of the nation’s leading mega-churches.
Currently, Paul is serving as the Executive Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church, a large multi-site church located in the Phoenix area.
Paul has served as a consultant at The Unstuck Group since 2012.
Sean Bublitz
Since 2017, Sean has served on the lead team at The Unstuck Group, including roles in consulting, sales, and operations, and hosting The Unstuck Church Podcast. He currently serves as our Managing Director.
Previously, he served at Community Christian Church (Naperville, IL) and Granger Community Church (Granger, IN) in weekend service, arts, and senior leadership roles.
Cost: $4,000
This is a year-long experience that kicks off with a two-day gathering. The $4,000 fee covers one campus pastor from your church, and includes:
- 2-day gathering in Phoenix, AZ
- facilitated sessions with Paul Alexander
- fantastic meals and hotel accommodations
- assessments and tools to accompany the experience
- Quarterly group video calls
- 12 months access to the Unstuck Resource Hub which includes our Multisite Toolkit
- 12 months access to private Slack channel for the cohort
