Sessions at the
2-Day Gathering
The Unstuck Group will facilitate and guide 4 collaborative discussions around these topics:
Additionally, each church will present a ministry snapshot to the group. You can expect to hear what other churches like yours are learning about their current wins and pressing challenges.
Who Should Come?
This is an event for executive pastors at large churches.
We will offer personalized encouragement and next steps to each executive pastor based on the challenges the church is currently facing.
In all of the sessions, the goal will be to help you make good decisions about critical concerns and walk away with actionable next steps to move forward.

Arrive in time for a group dinner at 6 pm
Sessions 9 am - 4 pm, followed by a group dinner

Accommodations & Meals
Accommodations are provided with the cost of registration. Sessions will be held at Journey Church Colorado in Castle Rock (about 35 miles south of the Denver International Airport). All lunches and dinners are covered, from your arrival for dinner on September 30 through lunch on October 2.
Facilitators for the Executive Pastor Cohort (WEST)

Amy Anderson
Amy has served on the lead team at The Unstuck Group since 2016, including eight years as the Director of Consulting. During this time she has served over 150 churches, helping them design ministry, staffing & multisite strategies that aligns and fuels their mission.
Prior to joining the Unstuck team, Amy served as the Executive Director of Weekend Services at Eagle Brook Church in the Twin Cities, helping the church grow from one location of 3,000 to six locations with over 20,000 gathering each weekend. Her husband is the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Church in Woodbury, MN.

Paul Alexander
Paul has more than 28 years experience serving in the local church, the last 23 of which have been on the Senior Leadership Teams of some of the nation’s leading mega-churches.
Currently, Paul is serving as the Executive Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church, a large multi-site church located in the Phoenix area.
Paul has served as a consultant at The Unstuck Group since 2012.
Cost: $4,000
This is a year-long experience that kicks off with a 2-day gathering. The $4,000 fee covers one executive pastor from your church, and includes:
- 2-day gathering in Denver, CO
- facilitated sessions with Amy Anderson and Paul Alexander
- fantastic meals and hotel accommodations
- assessments and tools to accompany the experience
- Quarterly group video calls
- 12 months access to the Unstuck Learning Hub which includes our Multisite Toolkit
- 12 months access to private Slack channel for the cohort
