About the Experience

"A Great Experience!"

It was a great experience. I really appreciated the setting, meals, and the minimally-structured agenda. It's worth every penny.

Tim Stevens

Former Exec. Pastor of Campuses & Culture
Willow Creek Church

This experience kicks off with a 2-day gathering in Alpharetta, GA. You can expect an anti-conference gathering: No crowds, no singing, no cheesy gimmicks. Spend a few days away from the ministry whirlwind in fantastic accommodations, eating excellent meals, and connecting with other gifted leaders at multisite churches.

After the gathering, the group will connect via quarterly video calls and via a private Slack channel in the space between.

We’re inviting executive pastors and multisite directors from 9 like-minded churches to connect around the most common challenges every multisite church is telling us they are facing right now, and to actively participate and learn from each other. You will be both encouraged and appropriately challenged to move your church's mission forward.

Sessions at the
2-Day Gathering

Tony and Amy will personally facilitate and guide 4 collaborative discussions around these topics:

APRIL 23-25, 2024

Multisite Model: Designing and optimizing how you do multisite
Expansion: Assessing readiness and opportunities for future campuses
Location & Launch Strategies: Best practices for evaluating locations and successfully launching new campuses
Staffing & Structure: Best practices for building and leading multisite staff teams

Additionally, each church will present a ministry snapshot to the group. You can expect to hear what other churches like yours are learning about multisite strategy and structure.

Who Should Come?

This is an event for senior leaders of multisite churches.

This is an event for senior leaders of multisite churches. (We may also invite lead pastors if they ask nicely.) We’re designing it with executive pastors and multisite directors in mind, but if other senior leaders would like to join in, we’re offering a discount on registration for additional team members from the same church.

Additionally, if your church is in the process of planning a multisite launch, you are also welcome to register.

Tony and Amy will offer personalized encouragement and challenges to each church related to multisite ministry health and next steps. They’ll draw from their years of experience working with more than 100 multisite churches. In all of the sessions, the goal will be to help you make good decisions about critical multisite concerns and walk away with actionable next steps to move forward.

What Others Are Saying

The size of the gathering gave the opportunity to genuinely connect with other leaders in a very meaningful and collaborative way. I feel that I could reach out to any of the leaders who were in the room and we would be picking up from a place of relationship. The conversations and topics were helpful, encouraging, and appropriately challenging.

It was highly encouraging as well as reinforcing the trends and patterns that I am seeing. Such an incredible opportunity to learn from those who have gone before us for years. Very excited to continue to build relationships and lean on those who have experience, especially in successful multisite ministry.
