In this small-cohort setting, you’ll receive practical mentoring and coaching, learn alongside people who may be a few steps ahead, and gain direct access to The Unstuck Group’s team, drawing on our experience serving hundreds of multisite churches.

The Kickoff Gathering
This year-long experience kicks off with a 2-day gathering to set a solid foundation and invest in the relationships that will develop.

Facilitators
The Unstuck Group has served more than 800 churches since we were founded in 2011, and hundreds of them have been multisite churches.
Some of our most seasoned consultants in multisite leadership facilitate these cohorts. Learn more about Sean, Paul and Jesse’s experience in their local churches, and on the Unstuck team, below.
Sean Bublitz
Since 2017, Sean has served on the lead team at The Unstuck Group, including roles in consulting, sales, and operations, and hosting The Unstuck Church Podcast. He currently serves as our Managing Director.
Previously, he served at Community Christian Church (Naperville, IL) and Granger Community Church (Granger, IN) in weekend service, arts, and senior leadership roles.
Paul Alexander
Paul has more than 29 years experience serving in the local church, the last 23 of which have been on the Senior Leadership Teams of some of the nation’s leading mega-churches.
Currently, Paul is serving as the Executive Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church, a large multi-site church located in the Phoenix area.
Paul has served as a consultant at The Unstuck Group since 2012.
Jesse Tink
Jesse is the Lead Pastor at Prairie Lakes Church, which currently spans across eight campuses in northeastern and central Iowa. In his current role he serves on the teaching team, oversees campus pastors, and leads Prairie Lakes’ Executive Team to align resources around their vision to reach Iowa. Previously, he served as Executive Pastor for 6 years and as a Campus Pastor for 6 years.
Jesse has been a consultant at The Unstuck Group since 2018.
Who Will Participate?
This experience is for senior leaders at multisite churches.
We’re designing it with executive pastors and multisite directors in mind, but if other senior leaders would like to join in, we welcome them. For this particular cohort, we strongly recommend sending a team of two or more to participate together.
We will offer personalized encouragement and challenges to each church related to multisite ministry health and next steps. We'll draw from our years of experience working with more than hundreds of multisite churches.
In all of the sessions, the goal will be to help you make good decisions about critical multisite concerns and walk away with actionable next steps to move forward. ****

In 2027, we're offering 2 options: a cohort that kicks off in February in Phoenix and a cohort that kicks off in October in Charlotte.

The Kickoff Gathering will be held at Sun Valley Community Church in Gilbert (about 20 miles east of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport).

What's Included?
$4,000
Full Year Multisite Leader Cohort
Each cohort is a year-long experience that kicks off with a 2-day gathering. The fee covers one senior multisite leader from your church to participate for the full year.
NOTE: We strongly encourage you to send a team of two or more for this particular experience. It's $4,000 for first participant, and we offer a discount to $2,500 for each additional team member.
