About the Experience
If you lead a church with 7+ locations, you know the unique challenges of multisite ministry at scale.
The complexity is real. The solutions aren't always obvious (or simple to implement).
What’s more, the peer group of leaders who understand what you're experiencing keeps getting smaller.
With that in mind, Saddleback and The Unstuck Group have been collaborating on a unique experience for 9 very large multisite churches this summer.
We are teaming up to host this invite-only gathering of multisite leaders on July 29-31 for a focused time of collaboration and problem-solving with peers who are navigating similar challenges.
Who Should Come?
This is an event for the multisite leadership team at churches with 7 or more campuses—and we are hand-picking the invitees.
We’re designing it for the team.
This Multisite Summit will not be another conference where you'll hear the same frustrations surfaced with no movement towards the practical.
We invite you to send your Multisite Director and their team (groups of 3-4) to workshop real solutions to the most pressing challenges you're facing in your ministry.
Facilitators for the Summit
Amy Anderson
Amy has served on the lead team at The Unstuck Group since 2016, including eight years as the Director of Consulting. During this time she has served over 150 churches, helping them design ministry, staffing & multisite strategies that aligns and fuels their mission.
Prior to joining the Unstuck team, Amy served as the Executive Director of Weekend Services at Eagle Brook Church in the Twin Cities, helping the church grow from one location of 3,000 to six locations with over 20,000 gathering each weekend. Her husband is the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Church in Woodbury, MN.
Paul Alexander
Paul has more than 28 years experience serving in the local church, the last 23 of which have been on the Senior Leadership Teams of some of the nation’s leading mega-churches.
Currently, Paul is serving as the Executive Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church, a large multi-site church located in the Phoenix area.
At The Unstuck Group, he has served as a consultant since 2012 and has been instrumental in the development and offering of our multisite consulting processes and coaching.
Cost: $1,500 per person
We will limit participation to 9 churches to maintain an environment where meaningful collaboration can happen, and all are being invited personally based on compatibility for the complexity of the conversations planned.
