2-Day Gathering
The Unstuck Group will facilitate and guide collaborative discussions around these topics:
Additionally, each church will present a ministry snapshot to the group. You can expect to hear what other churches like yours are learning about their current wins and pressing challenges.
Who Should Come?
This is an event for lead pastors at churches with an average attendance of 500 or less.
We will offer personalized encouragement and next steps to each pastor based on the challenges the church is currently facing.
In all of the sessions, the goal will be to help you make good decisions about critical concerns and walk away with actionable next steps to move forward.

Facilitators for the Leading an Unstuck Church Cohort
Chad Hunt
With more than 25 years in ministry and 18 years as a Lead Pastor, Chad brings real-world experience and practical insight pastors of smaller congregations can use immediately.
He’s served urban and rural churches of every size, coaching leaders through the everyday challenges of ministry—from volunteer development and sustainable growth to revitalization and congregational health.
Chad led coaching networks for the Rural Church Development initiative at Nebraska Christian College, equipping hundreds of leaders with the tools and confidence to make measurable progress in ministry. Known for a warm, direct style, he translates strategy into bite-sized, actionable steps that fit the realities of churches of 500 or less, enabling them to break growth barriers and increase gospel impact.
Sean Bublitz
Since 2017, Sean has served on the lead team at The Unstuck Group, including roles in consulting, sales, and operations, and he co-hosts The Unstuck Church Podcast with Amy Anderson.
Previously, he served at Community Christian Church (Naperville, IL) and Granger Community Church (Granger, IN) in weekend service, arts, and senior leadership roles.
Cost: $4,000
This is a year-long experience that kicks off with a two-day gathering. The $4,000 fee covers one pastor from your church, and includes:
- 2-day gathering in Nashville, TN
- facilitated sessions with Chad Hunt and Sean Bublitz
- fantastic meals and hotel accommodations
- assessments and tools to accompany the experience
- Quarterly group video calls
- 12 months access to the Unstuck Resource Hub
- 12 months access to private Slack channel for the cohort
NOTE: After the first participant, we are offering a discount to $2,500 for each additional pastor, if you would like to bring along an executive or assistant pastor to this experience.
