Hi! Iâm Lance Witt and a new addition to The Unstuck Group.
Iâve known Tony Morgan for several years and am really excited to be joining such a world-class team. Iâm glad to work with a group that truly loves pastors and helps churches fulfill their kingdom potential.
My role as Unstuck Teams Director is connected to a new process that we have developed for church teams. It is based on the content of my newest book, High Impact Teams: Where Healthy Meets High-Performance. No matter how great your churchâs vision and strategy is, you must have a healthy and high-performing team to execute it. The new process officially rolls out at the beginning of 2020.
After having been a senior pastor for 20 years, I served as an Executive Pastor at Saddleback Church, and for the last 12 years have been leading Replenish: a ministry focused on helping pastors live and lead from a healthy soul. I also do a fair amount of LifePlans, Life Coaching, and speaking.
My wife Connie and I live in Castle Rock, Colorado. Connie has been my best friend and partner in ministry for more than 40 years. We love where we live, especially since both of our kids and their families have moved to Castle Rock in the last few years. The best thing about my kids is that they produced four beautiful grandkids.
It’s true what Proverbs says: âGrandparenting is Godâs reward for you not killing your kids.â (Actually, thatâs not in the book of Proverbs⊠but it should be.)
I love nature, especially anything in the mountains. When I’m not on the clock, you can find me hiking, fly fishing, golfing, biking and hanging out at our cabin. In addition, I also love reading, spending time with family, and enjoying New Mexico style Mexican food.
