The Planning Phase

You complete the Planning Phase in the first 3 months. It includes 3 on-site facilitated visits, as well as analysis and data-driven reports on ministry health and team health and performance.

Ministry Health Assessment

Your team gets a fresh (and honest) perspective on where you have been, where you are now, and where your church may be stuck. This becomes a roadmap for where to strategically place your focus.

Strategic Planning

You define a vision for the future with measurable goals and an actionable, clear path forward, and you'll begin executing and achieving wins in the first 90 days.

Staffing & Structure Review

You structure your staff to accomplish the vision. With an effective structure, you position your ministry team to execute at its highest potential.

The Implementation & Follow Through Phase

The Implementation & Follow Through Phase begins in the 4th month and includes consulting and accountability for the ministry team as you execute your strategic plan.

We help churches get unstuck.

We don't love the term "church consulting" for what we do. (We wouldn't use it if it didn't help pastors find us!)

What we really do is help pastors clarify where God's called the church to go in the future, and how you'll get there-and then we coach you as you lead change.
