    Quarterly Unstuck Church Report

I received an email update from Jim Tomberlin at Third Quarter Consulting this morning that highlighted the new multi-site initiatives of three churches across the country. Here are the updates:

  • Granger Community Church (Granger, IN) — planning to launch three locations in the Michiana region this fall; read more on Tim’s blog
  • Sagebrush Community Church (Albuquerque, NM) — launching two new locations in 2009; Sagebrush is a church of 4,000 people that has grown by 1,000 in the last three months
  • Menlo Park Presbyterian Church (Menlo Park, CA) — John Ortberg is the senior pastor; last week they had almost 800 people at the opening of their third location in Mountain View, CA

If you’d like to follow the progress of NewSpring’s first step into multi-site, visit Howard’s blog for our Greenville campus that will open sometime in 2008.
