Carlos serves as the Executive Pastor at Christ Fellowship Miami, where he leads the Directional Leadership Team and serves as a member of the Teaching Team. He has been in ministry at Christ Fellowship Miami for over 15 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Pastor of Campuses and Campus Pastor at both the Palmetto Bay and West Kendall Campuses.
Throughout his ministry, Carlos has helped lead campus launches, develop leaders, strengthen discipleship pathways, and oversee multisite operations. His ministry experience includes preaching, leadership development, strategic planning, campus launches, and organizational leadership. Carlos holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University.
Carlos lives in Palmetto Bay with his wife, Shany, and their three children, Noah, Nathan, and Everly. Aside from spending time with his family, Carlos loves to barbecue and watch his favorite football team, the Miami Hurricanes.
