Paul brings over 20 years of local church ministry experience, having served in Next Gen Ministry, as an Executive Pastor, and as a Lead Pastor in a multi-congregational church. Currently, he serves with the West Church Engagement team at Compassion International while also stepping into fractional XP roles to help local churches navigate seasons of transition and growth.
Beyond the local church, Paul brings a well-rounded perspective with extensive global ministry experience and a unique marketplace background as a Publisher and in Medical Sales. He is deeply passionate about partnering with leadership teams to create practical pathways that activate a church’s God-given vision and mission, all while equipping and empowering the next generation of leaders for effective ministry.
