For a guy that’s not a big fan of traditions, this has become one. Every year at this time, I go back and revisit the articles that have generated the most traffic the last twelve months. I’m always intrigued by what captures your attention. This year was no exception.
This year’s hot topics included leadership, guest services, teaching, events, structure, focus, marriage, giving, staffing and kids. In many instances, of course, the theme had to do with getting unstuck. That’s our focus, so I’m glad to see it resonates with you too.
Beginning on Monday, we’ll replay the articles that triggered the most conversation. Some of these you may recall. Others you may be seeing for the first time. In either case, I hope you are challenged and encouraged again.
