    Quarterly Unstuck Church Report

Ministry Insights posted an article about how we use profiles to grow teams. Sometimes leaders need to be transitioned into new roles that better reflect their strengths.

As The Unstuck Group consults churches going through a season of rapid growth or when they’ve reached an impasse and are struggling to move forward, we use profiles to learn about the leaders on the team. This helps us ensure that the right people are in the right roles.

We also use profiles in our Leadership Coaching Networks. The impact is significant, often motivating leaders to embrace strengths they previously viewed as weaknesses.

The Leading From Your Strengths Profile has been a key component of helping churches get unstuck. Profiles could be the key tool that you need to build a close-knit ministry team.
