I’ve been hosting leadership coaching networks for 9 years now. If you know me, you know I don’t keep doing things that aren’t working. I wouldn’t invest my time and relational capital in the preparation, travel, gatherings, and personal conversations if I hadn’t seen that investment lead to healthier, growing churches across the country.
I do coaching networks because I believe these three things:
- Hope is not a strategy.
Leaders have to have hope or they will just give up when ministry is difficult or feels unrewarding. But hope alone won’t create movement. Taking a step to develop a strategy will. - Iron sharpens iron.
There’s power in taking your next steps in leadership with a community of like-minded church leaders on a similar journey. The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts in these networks. We all learn from each other and support each other in implementing the systematic changes that need to happen for us to lead at the next level. - Leaders have a bias for action.
It’s great to read blog posts, books, and articles, but learning best practices from healthy, growing churches gets you nowhere until you begin applying them in your church environment. These networks are designed to help you do that from day one.
This spring, we’re starting 3 new leadership coaching networks.
Each will consist of a 7-month, collaborative coaching experience that includes 3 gatherings in Atlanta, 2 exclusive webinars, and 2 one-on-one coaching calls.
We have space for only 8 churches in each network — and some of those are already gone, so don’t hesitate for long if you sense this is something you should be a part of.
