Our team at The Unstuck Group loves to provide resources to help churches and leaders get unstuck. Our whole team currently serves in ministry roles and are always looking to learn and grow as leaders. One of our favorite resources are podcasts—they’re free, convenient, and available for just about any topic.
If you’re still not taking advantage of podcasts, here’s a clear post on how simple it is to start listening.
This past week, we swapped favorite podcast episodes and came up with this list of our recent top three. Hopefully you’ll find them helpful, too.
1. How to Close the Back Door with Larry Osbourne (Carey Nieuwhof)
Chad Hunt, one of our church consultants, recommended this episode from Carey Nieuwhof. Carey is a friend of the Unstuck Group and full of wisdom about church growth and leadership. In this episode, he talks with pastor Larry Osbourne about growing churches, aligning teams, and closing the back door of your church.
2. How to Cast a Vision So People Listen with Ken Blanchard (StoryBrand with Donald Miller)
Another one of our consultants, Lee Button, shared this podcast episode with us. This episode features a conversation with leadership expert and author Ken Blanchard, who shares a three step approach to casting (and sustaining) a vision. He has some great insights you won’t want to miss.
3. Staying Inspired As a Leader (Herding Tigers)
Lee also recommended this episode by Herding Tigers. To inspire others, you have to be inspired yourself. This podcast details ways to stay inspired in your day-to-day leadership and lead your team accordingly.
