    Quarterly Unstuck Church Report

A healthy multisite strategy can help you leverage this momentum you’ve got—to expand into new places and reach more people with the love of Jesus the way your church has been uniquely called to do it.

The unknowns around going multisite can create anxiety.

After all, you don’t know what you don’t know. You’re doing due diligence. You want to avoid costly mistakes.

But maybe you’re still not confident you can do this without creating chaos in the healthy church you’re leading—and that’s normal. Thankfully, there IS a way to harness that momentum and replicate for continued health and growth.

Drawing from extensive research and practical experience, we’ll explore the key elements of successful multisite transitions, common pitfalls to avoid, and non-negotiable factors for launching well in this webinar.
