Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

To help The Unstuck Group reach and engage church leaders through digital content.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management and execution of digital marketing strategies including, but not limited to, supporting the development of content through blog posts, video, podcast episodes, testimonials/stories, email marketing, lead magnets and landing pages.
  • Management of social media growth and engagement strategies, collaborating with agency partners, as needed, for digital advertising.
  • Graphic design and layout, collaborating with specialist contractors as needed for things like web development, custom graphics, etc.
  • Liaison with our advertisers for execution of their sponsored content on our podcast, webinars, reports, etc.

Skills Needed:

  1. Project management genius, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Proficiency/ability to use web-based solutions like Asana, Canva and Hubspot.
  3. Detail-oriented, able to maintain high standards of excellence in content production.
  4. Ability to work on a collaborative, remote team with success.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Marketing Communications Internship

Job Description:

Support our marketing and sales team in helping church get unstuck.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student with relevant major/emphasis
  • 12 week commitment
  • 10 hours per week

Required Skills/Attributes: 

  • Professional in all written and verbal communication
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable self-starter with good time management
  • Ability to work independently on a remote team
  • Basic level of design knowledge

Responsibilities: 

  • Support strategies for growing social media followers and engagement
  • Creative designing/editing of social media assets and videos
  • Support content development and marketing campaigns
  • Support the Sales team with managing inquiries and qualifying leads
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings and monthly all-staff meetings
  • Other marketing and sales-related tasks as assigned
