Additionally, each church will present a ministry snapshot to the group. You can expect to hear what other churches like yours are learning about ministry on this side of the pandemic.

Who Should Come

Senior Pastor + Executive Pastor

Take this opportunity to grow together as a senior pastor/executive pastor team, engage in focused conversations away from the day-to-day of ministry, and develop relationships with ministry peers.

Tony and Amy will offer personalized encouragement and challenges to each church related to ministry health and next steps. In all of the sessions, the goal will be to help you make good decisions about critical ministry concerns and walk away with actionable next steps to move forward.

All lunches and dinners are covered, from your arrival for dinner on May 2 through lunch on May 4—and we're going to eat well.

$6,000 per team of two
