When you launch a campus, you replicate what you already are. While it can help you lead more people in your region to Christ, launching campuses must be done with an effective strategy and strong execution for it to really work.
Being a growing church is not enough. Multisite can become multistuck very quickly.
For a healthy foundation for launching campuses, you need to need to have good answers to these questions:
