Why Join a Coaching Network?

Ask yourself a few questions:

  • Where do I feel stuck?
    If some aspect of ministry leadership has left you feeling stuck, you’re not alone. That’s the whole reason why we do these networks! We will equip you with what we are learning is working in churches across the country. And we’ll help you put what you learn into action.
  • Do I know my next steps to grow in effectiveness as a leader?
    Effectiveness is developed, not gifted. Even champion athletes have a coach. Inviting an outside perspective is the best way to pinpoint the areas where you need to grow and take a next step.
  • Am I being discipled myself?
    Teaching, modeling and coaching—according to Scripture, it takes all three to make disciples. Churches and ministries routinely rely too heavily on teaching. Books, conferences and podcasts provide great teaching and models, but where are you being coached?

Fall 2018 Coaching Networks

Each of our Fall 2018 Coaching Networks is a 7-month, collaborative coaching experience that includes 3 group gatherings, 2 exclusive webinars2 one-on-one coaching calls and ongoing access to a private Facebook Group.

Unstuck Church Coaching Network

Facilitated by Tony Morgan and Sean Bublitz

This network is best suited for senior pastors, associate pastors and executive pastors. You will register a team of two and participate together. Learn best practices from healthy, growing churches and begin applying them in your church environment from day one.

  • Evaluate where your church sits in its life cycle and how to monitor it as you grow.
  • Clarify who you are trying to reach and what you need to start/stop doing to reach them.
  • Identify and fuel your church’s growth engines.
  • Structure your staff team to your strategy.
  • Build the right systems for a healthy culture.
  • Develop leaders at staff and volunteer levels.
  • Fortify the senior leadership structure of the church to maximize effectiveness.
  • Expand your church’s “front door” and close the “back door.”

multisite

Unstuck Multisite Coaching Network

Facilitated by Tony Morgan and Amy Anderson

This network is best suited for senior pastors, executive pastors, campus pastors, directors of multisite or directors of expansion at churches that are currently in the process of planning to launch or expand their multisite strategy. You will register a team of two and participate together. There are many different ways to design a multisite model, but not all are equally effective. Through this experience, your team will learn best practices for leading a healthy, effective multisite church.

  • Avoid common pitfalls in multisite.
  • Refine your model.
  • Clarify how you staff, structure and operate.
  • Learn best practices for launching a campus.
  • Learn to effectively manage the tension between central vs. campus.

This network is best suited for lead pastors and other members of the senior leadership team. It will focus on helping you lead your church to the next level by growing your self-leadership and team leadership.

Join a network of 350+ other church leaders who have participated in one of Tony Morgan’s coaching networks. You get priority access to Tony and other consultants from The Unstuck Group—during the coaching network and beyond.

But can we be honest? That’s not even going to be your favorite part.

We probably haven’t stressed enough the value of the peer network in years past. We always ask for feedback from participants at the end of the experience. Every single time, participants tell us that the community they built with fellow church leaders was a defining component.

We’re leaning into that this time. Can’t say why we didn’t think of this sooner—We now have a private Facebook Group to connect our coaching network participants and facilitators for ongoing community and access even after the network ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’re serious about learning in community. We’ve also found churches are more successful at leading change when the senior leader has an ally. We think you’ll really value having someone to process with as you make plans to apply what you’re learning.

Throughout the onsite time together, the facilitators set up content for key discussions & exercises and then the participants break out, either as a team or with another church, to work through the exercise. The group then debriefs learnings and discovery from their work.

In addition to the three on-site gatherings, there are two hour-long webinars, and two hour-long coaching calls. You can expect to spend about two hours after each gathering to process a few of the exercises with your broader church team.

This experience is designed for you, as the leader. We’ll be focused on equipping you with systems, strategies and best practices to lead your church towards sustained health and growth. And you’ll be connecting with a small group of other leaders in similar roles for this shared experience.

Our strategic planning process engages your church’s leadership team get clear perspective, build a focused strategy and action plan, structure to the vision and put it all into motion.
