  • When developing a content strategy, focus on answering “what, how and where.”
  • Find contributors to continuously feed content.
  • For people to understand a message, they should see/interact with it 3 to 5 times.
  • Repeating messages is very important.
  • The first step for a new communications director would be to choose a media, learn best practices and then gradually expand to other medias.  
  • Don’t be overwhelmed by taking on everything at once.
